“ Saw other reviews on Yelp for this company and thought I would give it try when I was in the neighborhood. Not much to look at. Tired neighborhood with many empty store fronts. Never to judge a book by its cover, I trudged on. Service was abismal. 25 minute wait for two $15.00 sandwiches! Everyone was extraordinary pleasant but after my order was taken NO ONE ever acknowledged me or even tried to justify the wait. That being the case I was prepared for a less than thrilling experience with the food. I was wrong. Sandwich's we're excellent. That made me even more angry. My wife just loved her steak and cheese sub which deflated my anger. Would I go back? Maybe? If anyone even attempted to show a sense of urgency I could write it off as a busy day. But it wasn't. Please! Pick up the pace Dude! I rated this on the food , not the experience. ”

Now, I will drive past Subways and Mr. Hero's, to get a sub there. Their subs are a far superior value. I give them extra points for having fresh sliced corned beef and pastrami. I ding them points for their selection of bread. You have your choice between white and white. ”
